A bit about me

I studied electrical engineering in college, but software is where I found my lane. I taught myself to code, landed my first engineering role at Siemens working on railroad control systems in C/C++, then moved to Amazon where I've spent the last 2+ years building everything from AWS console UIs to low-level Rust in Prime Video.

Outside of work, I ship side projects. AIBookArt generates AI-powered book cover art and actually makes money. Personal AI Publicist helps people build their personal brand using AI. I like building things that solve real problems — even small ones.

I live in NYC. When I'm not coding, I'm at ToneHouse getting destroyed by group fitness, exploring the city, or staying current on the GenAI space. Currently figuring out what to build next.

  • Prime Video (April 2025 - Present): Currently developing the at-home client for the Prime Video app using Rust, focusing on implementing the ability to favorite stations on the Live TV page
  • AWS Managed Services Console (2022-2025): Designed and developed user interface using AWS IAM, AWS Orgs, React, Infrastructure-as-Code, and TypeScript to provide customers with insights across multiple enterprise AWS accounts
  • Designed and developed reprocessing system for distributed asynchronous message bus service using AWS Lambda and AWS SQS, reducing time to reprocess message data by 4 hours
